All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume festive seasons or sale events, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders across India.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment. (Note: COD may not be available for certain remote pin codes).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the delivery is refused, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the order.
We package our ethnic wear with the utmost care. However, if you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it from the courier. Contact our customer service team immediately at rameezethnics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
