If you need a different size of the same item, we are happy to process an exchange. Please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. For certain returns, a nominal reverse-shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
