1. Cancellation by the Customer
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of your premium menswear. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please note the following conditions:
Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse—whichever comes first.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return based on our Refund & Return Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible:

Alternatively, you can message us on WhatsApp at +91 98673 29128 with your Order ID.
3. Custom and Tailored Orders
If you have ordered a made-to-measure item or requested custom alterations to your Sherwani, Kurta, or Nehru Jacket, cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the tailoring or customization process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you successfully cancel a prepaid order within the allowed timeframe, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
5. Cancellation by Rameez Ethnics
We strive to fulfill every order, but under certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order from our end. Reasons for this may include:
Unavailability of the fabric, product, or specific size.
Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
Issues identified by our fraud detection department.
Non-serviceable delivery locations.
If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for any prepaid amounts.
